Martyn O’Connor

Martyn is the CEO of Parkhill Financial Group and is a Senior Financial Advisor for Parkhill Financial Planning. Martyn has over ten years experience in financial planning, and assist clients across a diverse range of financial requirements including personal retirement planning, business planning and investment advice.

Mike Day

Mike is a Partner of Parkhill Accounting and has over 16 years experience in both corporate accounting and in public practice. Mike is client focused and specialises in business and investment structures, small business and superannuation. Mike has been a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants since 1995 and is also a member of the National Tax Accountants Association.

Wal Harrison

Wal is a Partner of Parkhill Accounting, and has over 28 years experience in accounting and taxation. Wal is a fellow of the National Institute of Accountants and a member of the National Tax and Accountants Association. Wal provides accounting and taxation advice to a diverse range of clients including business, self managed super funds and individuals.

Keith France

Keith is a Partner of Parkhill Accounting, and has over 30 years experience in accounting and taxation. In 1978 Keith completed a Certificate in Accounting, became a registered Tax agent in 1979 and was awarded a BA (Accounting) from the University of Canberra in 1986. He is a member of the National Institute of Accountants, National Tax and Accountants Association, Tax Practitioners Advisory Group (ATO), Queanbeyan Business Enterprise Centre, is a JP and a Professional National Accountant.

Leon Buchanan

Parkhill Marketing’s Managing Partner Leon Buchanan has extensive experience in advertising and marketing, including 6 years working in radio and 12 years at Prime Television in Canberra, with more than 3 years as Sales Manager.

In 2001, Leon established Motto Media & Communications and in 2010 Motto Media merged with the Parkhill Financial Group.

Leon manages advertising and marketing for local, national and international businesses across all mediums with a focus of achieving results and value for our clients through strategic and creative campaigns.

Danielle Coventry

Danielle joined the Parkhill team in 2004 to head the Financial Planning administration team. Since then Danielle has successfully completed her Diploma in Financial Planning, and now provides specialist Insurance advice to over one thousand professionals and tradesmen in the Canberra region. Danielle’s success is a testament to her strong knowledge of the insurance market, as well as her dedication to excellence. Danielle is passionate about ensuring that her clients receive the best advice for their individual circumstances. In 2010 Danielle’s dedication to the insurance industry was acknowledged through winning the ‘NSW Insurance Rising Star Award’.

Jodie Cameron

Jodie is a Senior Accountant with Parkhill and specialises in a range of tax related areas including servicing small business operators, companies, partnerships, sole traders and trusts. Jodie is skilled in a number of accounting programs including HandiSoft, MYOB and Cashflow Manager. In addition to her Tax related proficiency Jodie excels with advice on FBT, Super Funds, Investment Properties & Capital Gains issues.

With her excellent customer relation and technical skills, Jodie is highly regarded by her existing clients and sought after by new clients to the business.

Toby Cox

Toby has successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Financial Planning and Banking & Financial Services from the University of Canberra. He graduated in December 2007.

With the experience gained working at a number of Financial Planning practices across Australia, Toby brings with him extensive technical knowledge in financial planning, investment management and other related matters. Clients benefit from Toby’s experience and expertise as well as his personal and professional touch when dealing with them.

Gaby Hasler

After many years in teaching and education Swiss born Gaby decided to change career and studied accounting. She now has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Certificate in Small Business Management, completed the Certificate in Professional Accounting at the University of New England and became a member of the National Institution of Accountants.

Gaby joined Parkhill in 2004. While tax returns and Bas Statements are the main part of work, she has also specialized in conducting audits. Parkhills approach to be supportive and provide the best possible service to clients is of great importance to Gaby, and this is evident in Gaby’s everyday dealings with clientele.

Leon Wadley

After a successful career in banking and mortgage broking, Leon joined Parkhill in 2009 as the firms dedicated finance broker. Leon brings to Parkhill a wealth of experience in the finance & lending sector, and relays this to clientele through his relentless pursuit of the loan approvals no matter how complicated the transaction.
